Try the classic Austrian pastry from Dr. Oetker sweet meal. Dr. Oetker Kaiserschmarrn is deliciously fluffy and tastes particularly juicy. Fruity raisins, which must not be missing in the classic style, are already included in the mixture.
It is guaranteed to succeed and is quick and easy to prepare. Just stir the mixture into 200 ml of milk and add an egg, then fry in a pan. In just 10 minutes, the delicious Kaiserschmarrn from Dr. Oetker Sweet Meal is ready.
Serve it dusted with powdered sugar.

And this is how easy it is:
1: 200 ml / 6.76 fl.oz. Milk in a mixing bowl. Add 1 egg (size M) and mixture, whisk until smooth. 2: In a coated pan (Ø 28 cm), heat margarine or clarified butter. Pour in batter and bake over medium heat until golden brown. 3: Using 2 spatulas, first quarter the dough, which is still a little liquid on the surface, then turn it over. Tear dough into small pieces and bake until golden brown. Sprinkle Kaiserschmarrn with powdered sugar.
