- 2 eggs (size M)
- 75 ml cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
- 75 ml water or milk
For the blueberry sauce:
- 60 ml (approx. 6 tablespoons) lukewarm water
preparation
1. Prepare the dough:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat or 180°C fan.
- Place blueberry sauce powder in a bowl.
- Add lukewarm water, stir (e.g. with a whisk) and set aside.
- Put the baking mix, eggs, cooking oil and water or milk in a bowl.
- Mix briefly with a mixer (stirring rods) on the lowest setting.
- Stir at the highest setting for about 1 minute until creamy.
2. Fill muffin tins:
- Place the cups on a baking tray or muffin tray.
- Using 2 tablespoons, pour the dough evenly into the molds.
- Spread the blueberry sauce evenly over the dough.
- Stir the sauce in the dish with a cake fork to create a marbled structure.
3. Baking and cooling:
- Bake muffins on the middle rack for about 18 minutes.
- Use wooden skewers to check whether the muffins are baked through.
- Place muffins on a wire rack to cool.
