Whether as a topping for tartlets or as a cake filling, the tartlet topping is versatile and allows for quick and easy preparation . Simply mix 500 g of cream with a mixer, add the cream powder and beat until stiff. Then spread the pastry cream on the cooled pastries and refine as desired with other ingredients such as nuts, fruit or crumbles.

Preparation:
This is what the pack contains: 83 g cream powder Just add: 500 g whipped cream Preparation: 1. Put the cream in a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer (beaters) for 30 seconds. 2. Add the powder and beat briefly on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting until stiff 3. Use it to fill or decorate baked goods, e.g. tarts or muffins, and place in the fridge until serving.
