Preparation:
Add fresh: 300 g / 10.58 oz broccoli (fresh or frozen), 125 g / 4.4 oz pasta (e.g. croissants), 100 ml / 3.38 fl.oz. Cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat) or cooking cream and 50 g / 1.76 oz grated cheese (16% fat) Preparation: 1) Cook fresh broccoli in boiling water for about 3 minutes and drain or defrost frozen broccoli. First put uncooked pasta, then broccoli in a shallow baking dish. 2) Stir bag contents into 400 ml / 13.5 fl.oz. cold water and 100 ml cooking cream. Bring to a boil while stirring. 3) Pour sauce over pasta and broccoli. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven: 175°C) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
