Favorite pumpkin seed bread - crispy bread enjoyment without flour or yeast Nothing tastes better than home-baked bread: The RUF favorite pumpkin seed bread impresses with its high quality and lightning-fast preparation. Neither flour nor yeast are needed to bake the bread. The gluten-free bread mix is simply mixed with 500 ml of hot water, kneaded and then baked in the oven. The pumpkin seed bread is also rich in fiber and is a delicious alternative to wheat, mixed or rye bread. In short: our favorite bread for every day!

top and bottom heat: 180 °C
Convection: 160 °C
Baking time: 50 - 60 min.

preparation

1. Stir the baking mix and boiling water thoroughly

2. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes and preheat the oven

3. Grease a loaf pan (approx. 25 cm). Put the dough in and press firmly (best with a damp dough scraper or damp hands)

4. Bake bread on the middle rack

After baking, remove the bread directly from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
Store the bread in the fridge and eat it as soon as possible. Sliced, it is perfect for freezing.
