RUF Favorite Bread Muesli Raisin - Wholesome bread, uncomplicated and healthy The RUF Favorite Bread Muesli Raisin offers an excellent way to bake a wholesome, healthy bread without having to resort to yeast or flour. This bread mix is characterized by hearty ingredients such as wholegrain oat flakes, linseed and sunflower seeds and can be processed into 15 energy-rich portions. The product simplifies the baking process considerably, as it does not need to rest or rise. Simply add hot water, let it swell and put it in the oven. Packed in a practical bag, the RUF Favorite Bread Muesli Raisin is the ideal solution for easily baking a healthy, gluten-free and vegan bread.

Baking time: 50 - 60 min.

1. Stir the baking mix and boiling water thoroughly
2. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes and preheat the oven
3. Grease a loaf pan (approx. 25 cm). Put the dough in and press firmly (best with a damp dough scraper or damp hands)
4. Bake bread on the middle rack
After baking, remove the bread directly from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
Store the bread in the fridge and eat it as soon as possible. Sliced, it is perfect for freezing.
