Südzucker Gelierzucker 2 plus 1 500g / 17.63 oz NET. WT.
Gelatinizing sugar 2plus1 is in its element for fruity spreads. Here, two parts of fruit are processed with one part of gelling sugar, so for 1 kg of fruit, 0.5 kg of gelling sugar (equivalent to one packet) is used. In addition to sugar, fruit pectin and citric acid, Gelier Zucker 2plus1 contains the preservative sorbic acid. With only 4 minutes of cooking time, the gelling sugar 2plus1 brings out the flavor of the fruit very intensively.
