With juicy canned apricots, creamy whipped cream and a tender base, these tarts will be an eye-catcher on every Easter table. Easy to prepare and perfect for a happy Easter - a treat that impresses both visually and in terms of taste!

This is what the package contains: 220 g baking mix for the dough 50 g mix for the topping 8 paper baking cups Just add: 1 small can of apricot halves (drained weight 130 g) 4 tbsp (50 ml) cooking oil, e.g. rapeseed oil 1 egg (size M) 75 ml milk 200 g cold whipped cream You will also need: Baking tray 1 Preparation Place 8 paper baking cups on a baking tray Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: around 170°C Hot air: around 150°C Drain the apricot halves on a sieve, collecting the liquid. Put 8 apricot halves to one side, cutting any remaining halves into small pieces. 2 Prepare and bake Put the baking mix for the dough, oil, egg and milk in a mixing bowl. Mix everything with a whisk until you have a smooth dough. Fold in apricot pieces if necessary. Using 2 tablespoons, distribute the dough evenly between the tins. Place the baking tray in the oven. Position: middle Baking time: about 20 minutes. Remove the tartlets from the tin and allow to cool in the tins on a wire rack. 3 Prepare the topping First, whip the cream until stiff. Put the mixture for the topping in a mixing bowl. Measure out 75 ml of apricot liquid (top up with water if necessary) or add water and stir until smooth with a whisk. Fold in the cream. Spread the cream evenly over the tartlets. Place the apricot halves on top with the curve facing upwards. Chill the tartlets until ready to serve.
