This special mix makes it possible to bake American-style chocolate muffins with extra chocolate chips in no time at all. Preparation is as simple as possible: all you need to add to the baking mix is two medium-sized eggs, 150 ml of cooking oil and 100 ml of water or milk.

2 eggs (size M)
125ml cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
100ml water or milk
preparation
1. Prepare the dough:
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat or 180 °C fan.
- Put the baking mix, eggs, cooking oil and water or milk in a bowl.
- Mix briefly with a mixer (stirring rods) on the lowest setting.
- Stir at the highest setting for about 1 minute until creamy
- Take 1 tablespoon of the chocolate drops and stir the rest into the dough.
2. Fill muffin tins:
- Place the cups on a baking tray or muffin tray.
- Using 2 tablespoons, pour the dough evenly into the molds.
- Decorate with remaining chocolate drops.
3. Baking and cooling:
- Bake muffins on the middle rack for about 18-20 minutes.
- Use wooden skewers to check whether muffins are baked through.
- Place muffins on a wire rack to cool.
