This is what the package contains: 395 g baking mix for the dough 150 g glaze mix 15 g dragée pearls Just add: 125 ml cooking oil, e.g. rapeseed oil 3 eggs (size M) 125 ml milk about 2 tbsp cold water You will also need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker a little fat 1 Preparation and prepare the dough Grease the base of the springform pan. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: around 180°C Hot air: around 160°C Put the baking mix for the dough, oil, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Mix everything briefly with a mixer (beaters) on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for 1 minute. Put the dough in the springform pan. 2 Baking Put the pan on the rack in the oven. Position: bottom third Baking time: around 30 minutes Loosen the edge of the springform pan. Remove the cake from the base of the springform pan, but allow to cool on a wire rack. 3 Glaze and decorate Put the glaze mixture in a small bowl. Add water and stir to form a thick glaze. Pour the glaze onto the cake and spread it. Immediately cut into a butterfly shape as shown on the back of the packet.
