Preparation:
1) Fry 250 g of lean minced meat in 1 tbsp of hot oil. Add 1 small can (250 g) of drained kidney beans, 1 small can (400 g) of chopped tomatoes and 150 ml of water. Stir in the contents of the bag, bring everything to the boil and let the chili simmer for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. 2) Divide the chili between 4 tortilla wraps (45 g each), roll them up and place them in a large, flat baking dish. 3) Sprinkle the enchiladas with 50 g of grated cheese (16% fat). Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (fan oven: 175°C). Rice goes well with this.
