And it's that easy:
This is what the package contains: 250 g baking mix for the dough 75 g mix for the topping 12 g decorations You will also need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker a little fat Just add: 100 g soft margarine or butter 2 eggs (size M) 75 ml (6 tbsp) milk 1 can peaches (drained weight 480 g) 400 g cold whipping cream 100 ml cold water 1 Preparation and prepare the dough Grease the base of the springform pan. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: around 170°C Hot air: around 150°C Put the baking mix for the dough, margarine or butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Mix everything briefly with a mixer (beaters) on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for 3 minutes. Smooth the dough out in the springform pan. 2 Bake and hollow out the base Put the pan on the rack in the oven. Insertion: lower third Baking time: around 30 minutes In the meantime, drain the peach halves on a sieve, collecting the liquid. Loosen the edge of the springform pan. Remove the cake from the springform pan base, but leave to cool on a cake rack. Place the base on a cake plate. Use a tablespoon to hollow out the base to a depth of ½ cm, leaving a 1 cm wide edge. Roughly crumble the remaining biscuit crumbs in a bowl. 3 Prepare the topping and decorate the cake Cut the peaches into small pieces. First beat the cream until stiff. Mix the mixture for the topping and 100 ml of water or peach liquid in a mixing bowl with a whisk for ½ minute until smooth and immediately fold in the cream in 2 portions. Fold in the peach pieces. Spread the cream in a dome shape on the hollowed-out base right up to the edge and sprinkle with biscuit crumbs (press down a little if necessary). Put the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Decorate the cake with the decorations.
