And it's that easy:
preparation temperature
Convection: approx. 150°C
Baking time: approx. 25 minutes
encores
For the dough: 1 egg (size M)
100 ml cooking oil
100 ml milk (1.5% fat)
optional 100 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
For the cream: 200 ml cold milk (1.5% fat)
preparation
Put the baking mix, egg, milk and cooking oil in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 2 minutes until creamy. If desired, carefully fold 100 g of fresh or frozen blueberries into the dough.
Place 12 baking cups on a baking tray. Using 2 tablespoons, distribute the batter evenly between the cups. Bake the cakes on the middle rack in the preheated oven.
Bake. Before removing, check with a wooden skewer whether the cakes are done.
After baking, place the cakes on a wire rack to cool. Modelling fondant:
Take the fondant out of the packaging and knead it well. Roll out the fondant to a thickness of about 3 mm. Use a little cornstarch if necessary. Cut the fondant into strips about 3 cm wide and 6 cm long. Cut out the crown tips on one side, moisten one side, glue the ends together and set aside to dry for about 30 minutes. Prepare and decorate the cream:
Pour the cold milk into a tall mixing bowl and add the cream powder. Mix briefly with the hand mixer at a low setting, then beat for about 2 minutes at the highest setting. Remove half of the cream and mix with the color mix. Fill the white and turquoise cream into a piping bag on the left and right (or alternatively a freezer bag). Garnish the cooled cakes with the cream. Finally, garnish the cupcakes with sugar crystals and the crowns.
