RUF Fondant Pastel Yellow - Easy to use for fascinating baked goods With the RUF Fondant Pastel Yellow, designing cakes and tarts is child's play. This ready-to-use fondant, packed in a practical folding box, impresses with its smooth, tear-resistant consistency, which makes it easy to roll out and model. As a moldable sugar mass, it is suitable both for full coatings and as a base for smaller decorations. RUF does not use palm oil in the production of the fondant and instead uses high-quality fats such as shea and coconut oil. The RUF Fondant Pastel Yellow is the ideal choice for implementing creative baking ideas.

Knead the fondant until it is soft and elastic. Roll it out thinly on a work surface lightly dusted with cornflour. Place the fondant sheet on the cake, press it down a little with your hands and cut off any leftovers. Decoration tip: Modeling and cutting out
Knead fondant and form it into strands or cut out motifs. Further preparation tips:
For a firmer consistency, knead in some sifted powdered sugar. If the fondant is too firm, you can put it in the microwave for 4-5 seconds at around 800 watts. Spread a thin layer of jam on the cake so that the fondant sticks to the cake. For new colors, combine the fondant with RUF fondants of different colors as desired.
Place the remaining fondant in an airtight bag and store in a cool place. Knead again before processing.
