Fondant Pink – for designing sophisticated themed cakes for every occasion Cake artists can be as creative as they like with the easy-to-use RUF Fondant Pink. The smooth, tear-resistant sugar mass is perfect for cutting out decorative elements or modeling figures for trendy themed cakes. The rolled fondant is suitable ideal as a coating for an entire cake. Palm oil is deliberately not added during the production of the fondant. Instead, the recipe contains fats such as shea and coconut oil.

Knead the fondant until it is soft and elastic. Roll it out thinly on a work surface lightly dusted with cornflour. Place the fondant sheet on the cake, press it down a little with your hands and cut off any leftovers. Decoration tip: Modeling and cutting out
Knead fondant and form it into strands or cut out motifs. Further preparation tips:
For a firmer consistency, knead in some sifted icing sugar. If the fondant is too firm, you can put it in the microwave for 4-5 seconds at around 800 watts. Spread a thin layer of jam on the cake so that the fondant sticks to the cake. For new colors, mix the fondant Combine with other colored RUF fondants as desired.
Place the remaining fondant in an airtight bag and store in a cool place. Knead again before processing.
