Fondant Red – for designing motif cakes with a heart Creative baking and motif cake artists can cover their lovely cake creations in no time at all with RUF Fondant Red. The bright red, easily moldable sugar mass can be used to cover an entire cake or to make a variety of fondant motifs, such as Flowers or figures can be used - there are no limits to your imagination. The RUF Fondant Red does not contain palm oil and is produced with fat from shea and coconut oil.

Place the remaining fondant in an airtight bag and store in a cool place. Knead again before processing.
