The RUF Galaxy Cake was specially developed for little kitchen heroes and offers a comprehensive complete set that leaves nothing to be desired. For the dough:
3 eggs (size M)
170 ml cooking oil
150 ml of water
For the blue & purple glaze:
approx. 3 tablespoons (30 ml) of lukewarm water each
For the white glaze:
approx. 1-2 tablespoons (15 ml) of lukewarm water

preparation

1. PREPARE THE DOUGH
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat or 160°C fan oven.
Place baking mix and dough ingredients in bowl.
Mix with a mixer for about 3 minutes until creamy and fold in the confetti.
2. BAKING THE DOUGH
Grease and flour a deep baking tray (30 x 40 cm).
Spread the dough on the baking tray.
Bake the cake for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Use a wooden skewer to check whether the cake is baked through.
Let the cake cool on a baking tray.
Cut about 1.5 cm off the edges.
3. GLAZING
Mix glaze mixtures in 3 bowls with lukewarm water.
Add water drop by drop until the glaze is easy to spread.
Spread blue and purple icing on cake and spread together.
Apply white glaze in a Milky Way-like pattern.
4. DECORATE
Sprinkle Galaxy decoration onto the still wet icing.
Decorate cake with fizzy UFOs.
TIP for 3D look: Place fizzy UFOs on toothpicks and distribute them on cake.
