Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Cook 200g rice. Cut 300g carrots into strips or slices. 2) Season 300g lean minced meat with 1/2 tsp (2g) salt and form 12 meatballs. Brown them in 1 tbsp hot oil for 4 minutes on all sides. 3) Pour in 250ml cold water and 100ml cooking cream or vegetable cooking cream. Stir in the seasoning mix. Add the carrots and 300g frozen peas. Bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly. Let the Viking stew simmer, covered, over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Serve the Viking stew with the rice.
