-300 g chicken breast fillet
-1 red pepper
-1 small can of pineapple pieces
PREPARATION FOR 3 PORTIONS:
300 g chicken breast fillet, 1 red pepper (250 g), 1 small can of pineapple pieces (235 ml), 1 tsp oil
Cut the peppers into thin strips. Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Drain the pineapple.
Fry the chicken in hot oil. Add the peppers and fry for 4 minutes, then add the pineapple.
Add 300 ml of water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Cook over low heat for approx. 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Rice goes well with it.
