Bake without a guilty conscience: The RUF Organic Vegan Egg Substitute reliably ensures that dough turns out perfectly even when prepared vegan. Anyone who consciously cooks and bakes vegan will be amazed by the versatile uses of the plant-based egg substitute powder in the best organic quality. It is child's play to use: one teaspoon of egg substitute corresponds to one whole egg in the recipe and is simply mixed with 50 ml of sparkling water. Other ingredients can then be added to the dough as desired.

Preparation:

Per egg: 7 g (1 heaped teaspoon) egg substitute + 50 ml sparkling water + stir = done!
Then add other liquid ingredients (e.g. oil, plant drink, etc.) and then mix with the dry ingredients (e.g. flour) to form a smooth mass.
