It also tastes delicious when well chilled and its delicious aroma immediately brings back fond childhood memories. Created according to a recipe from grandma's time, the creamy apple cake will meet even the highest expectations. Just the right choice for an enjoyable coffee break!

100 g soft butter
1 egg (size M)

preparation

To make dough:
Put the baking mix, soft butter and egg in a mixing bowl and use an electric hand mixer (dough hook) to make a smooth dough. Grease a springform pan (Ø 26 cm), roll out 3/4 of the dough on the bottom of the springform pan. Form the remaining dough into a roll and press it firmly onto the edge of the pan to create an edge about 3 cm high. Baking:
Peel the apples and remove the core (with an apple corer), cut them horizontally and place them on the dough with the cut side down. Put raisins in the apples. Cut the remaining apples into small pieces and fill the gaps with them. Mix the cream powder with a cup of cream. Bring the remaining cream to the boil, remove from the heat and add the mixed cream powder. Bring to the boil while stirring constantly and immediately pour over the apples. Sprinkle the topping with cinnamon sugar. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf. Cool down:
After baking, let the cake cool in the tin on a wire rack for at least 2 hours, then loosen the edge of the springform pan with a knife.
