These delicious muffins are very easy to prepare: just add two medium eggs, 150 ml of cooking oil and 100 ml of water or milk to the baking mix. These ingredients are quickly transformed into a tempting dough that can then be used to make 12 irresistible muffins.

2 eggs (size M)
110 ml cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
90 ml water or milk
For the cream: 200 g double cream cheese (room temperature)
preparation
1. Prepare the dough: and prepare the apples:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat or 160°C fan.
- Put the baking mix, eggs, cooking oil and water or milk in a bowl.
- Mix briefly with a mixer (stirring rods) on the lowest setting.
- Stir at the highest setting for about 1 minute until creamy.
2. Prepare the cheesecake cream:
- Put the cream cheese and cream powder in a bowl.
- Tip: To make it easier to mix with a whisk, process the cream cheese at room temperature.
- Mix with a mixer (beaters) or a whisk until creamy. Set the cream aside.
3. Fill muffin tins:
- Place the cups on a baking tray or muffin tray.
- Using 2 tablespoons, pour the dough evenly into the molds.
- Using 2 teaspoons, place the cream in the middle of the dough.
4. Baking and cooling:
- Bake muffins on the middle rack for about 18-20 minutes.
- Use wooden skewers to check whether muffins are baked through.
- Place muffins on a wire rack to cool.
