With the baking mix, icing and the colorful sugar dinosaurs, you can quickly conjure up a sheet cake that everyone will happily take a second piece of. Perfect for a theme party, for a first day at school or a child's birthday. A sure-fire cake favorite that will sweeten any special day!

You still need:
For the dough: 3 eggs (size M), 170 ml cooking oil, 150 ml water
For the glaze: 40 ml (approx. 4 tablespoons) lukewarm water
For the baking tray: some fat and wheat flour

preparation

Prepare the dough:
Put the baking mix, 3 eggs, 170 ml cooking oil and 150 ml water in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with the electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Color and bake the dough:
Divide the dough into 3 parts and place in separate bowls. Stir the blue color mix into one part of the dough and the green color mix into the second part of the dough. Using tablespoons, place the 3 doughs alternately onto a greased and floured baking tray (30 x 40 cm). Bake the cake on the middle rack in the preheated oven and then let it cool on the baking tray. Decoration:
Put the icing mixture in a bowl and stir with lukewarm water until smooth. If the icing is too thick, simply add a little more water drop by drop. Then spread the icing over the cake with a table knife or a tablespoon. Sprinkle the sugar decorations onto the still wet icing.

Glaze mixture: sugar, acidifier citric acid.

Sugar decoration (2.9%): sugar, starch, palm fat, rice flour, colours (curcumin, brilliant blue FCF, iron oxides and iron hydroxides), natural flavouring.

Blue color mix: sugar, starch, colorants (anthocyanins, patent blue V).

Green color mix: sugar, starch, colorant copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins.
