Rainbow cake - a cake dream in magnificent colors Now color comes into play: The RUF rainbow cake exudes good cheer even when baking. The baking mix for the colorful sheet cake is quickly mixed with two eggs, a little oil and water. The airy consistency, the fine taste and the refreshing rainbow colors make the hearts of cake fans young and old beat faster. Perfect for school enrollment, children's birthdays or themed events!

For the dough:
3 eggs (size M)
170 ml cooking oil
150 ml of water

For the glaze:
30 ml warm water (approx. 2 tablespoons)

For the baking tray:
some fat and wheat flour

preparation

prepare the dough
Put the baking mix, 3 eggs, 170 ml cooking oil and 150 ml water in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with the electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Color the dough and bake
Divide the dough into 3 parts and place them in separate bowls. Stir the pink color mix into one part of the dough and the green color mix into the other part. Using tablespoons, place the 3 doughs alternately onto a greased and floured baking tray (30 x 40 cm).
Bake the cake on the middle rack in the preheated oven and then let it cool on the baking tray. Decoration
Put the icing mixture in a bowl and stir with lukewarm water until smooth. If the icing mixture is too thick, simply add a little more water drop by drop. Then spread the icing over the cake with a table knife or a tablespoon. Sprinkle the sugar sprinkles onto the still wet icing.

Sugar glaze (23.8%): sugar, acidifier citric acid.

Colorful sugar sprinkles (2.4%): sugar, coconut fat, glucose syrup, colors (curcumin, carmine, patent blue V, indigotin, carotene, iron oxides and iron hydroxides), coating agent talc.

Color mix pink: sugar, starch, colorant carmine, flavor.

Color mix green: sugar, starch, colorant copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins.
