The baking mix contains everything except fresh ingredients to bake the fruity pastry in no time.
The tarts impress not only with their delicious appearance, but also with their bourbon vanilla cream, fresh strawberries and refreshing strawberry sauce.

Whether as an alternative to birthday cake, for coffee or as a sweet surprise in between – these little cakes are a great baking idea for friends and family who have a preference for fruity and light desserts.

This package contains: 160g cake mix, 35g topping mix, 45g sauce mix, 8 paper baking cups. You will also need: a baking tray. Simply add: 400g cold whipping cream, 1 egg (medium), 500g strawberries, 125ml water. 1. Prepare and bake the cake. Place 8 paper baking cups on a baking tray. Preheat the oven. Conventional oven: approx. 170°C. Fan oven: approx. 150°C. Empty the cake mix into a mixing bowl, add 100g of cream and the egg. Briefly mix everything with an electric mixer (using the beaters) on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for 3 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Divide the batter between the cups using two tablespoons. Place the baking tray in the oven. Position: middle. Baking time: approx. 20 minutes. Remove the tarts from the tray and let them cool in the cups on a wire rack. 2. To prepare the topping: Gently wash and hull the strawberries, then halve or quarter them depending on their size. Finely dice 100g and set aside. Pour the remaining cream into a mixing bowl, add the topping mix, and whip with an electric mixer (using the whisk attachment) until stiff peaks form. Spread the bourbon vanilla cream onto the tartlets and smooth it out slightly. Arrange the strawberry halves on top. To prepare the sauce: Place the diced strawberries and water in a mixing bowl. Add the sauce mix and whisk for about 1 minute. Spoon the sauce over the strawberry halves. Refrigerate the tartlets until ready to serve.
