Preparation:
Add fresh: 500 g / 17.63 oz. lean minced meat (beef or mixed), 1 tbsp. oil Preparation: 1) Mix bag contents and 150 ml / 5.07 fl.oz. warm water in a bowl. Let swell for 5 minutes. 2) Add minced meat and mix well. Form 4 burgers or patties. 3) Fry burgers or patties in a pan (e.g. grill pan) with 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat for min. 5 minutes per side. Alternatively, brush with a little oil and grill. Our tip: With a bun, tomato, cucumber and lettuce as well as some mayo, it becomes a delicious burger in no time.
