The gluten-free brownies impress with their intense chocolate flavor and extra moist consistency. The delicious brownies are on the cake buffet in no time at all. Just add butter, eggs and milk to the mixture and stir. A dream cake that will make everyone happy who is looking for a delicious alternative due to celiac disease!

Top/bottom heat: approx. 180 °C
Convection: approx. 160 °C
Baking time: approx. 25 minutes

We recommend baking the brownies using top/bottom heat.

Prepare the baking pan
Open the baking pan at the glue point, unfold it and fold the upper part of the edges outwards. Prepare the dough
Put the baking mix, eggs, soft butter and milk in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with the electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 2 minutes until creamy. Remove 1 tablespoon of the chocolate pieces and put aside for decoration. Stir the remaining chocolate pieces briefly into the dough. Bake
