And it's so easy:
You will need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker some fat And you add: 50 g soft butter or margarine 1 egg (size M) 6 large apples, e.g. Cox Orange, Elstar 600 g whipped cream 1 Prepare and batter Grease springform pan base. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: about 170°C Hot air: about 150°C Put the baking mixture for the dough into a mixing bowl, add butter or margarine and egg. Knead everything with a mixer (dough hook) on highest speed for about 2 minutes, remove from bowl and knead on work surface to a smooth dough. Roll out 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of the springform pan. Form remaining dough into a roll, place as a rim on the bottom of the dough, press against the pan to form a rim a good 2 cm high. 2 Prepare the topping Peel the apples, remove the core with an apple corer, cut in half horizontally and place in the pan with the cut side down. Fill the gaps with any remaining apple pieces. Add raisins with Calvados to apples. Mix the mixture for the topping with 100 g of the cream until smooth. Bring remaining cream to a boil, remove from heat. Add stirred mixture, stirring with a whisk, cook another ½ min. and immediately spread over apples. 3 Bake Place pan on rack in oven. Shelf: bottom Baking time: about 60 min. Immediately after baking, use a kitchen knife to loosen any firmly baked topping from springform pan rim. Leave the cake in the pan for another 5 minutes in the switched-off oven and then let it cool on a cooling rack for 1 hour. Only then remove the pastry from the mold with the help of a knife.
