RUF fairytale cheesecake - magically colorful sheet cake that enchants little guests right away. A few simple steps are enough to transport guests to a fantastic world of enjoyment with a piece of RUF fairytale cheesecake. No one has to wait long for an astonished "Wow!" because the sheet cake immediately makes a good impression with its successful color mix of pink and turquoise. The pastel color gradient and the fairytale combination of shortcrust pastry and a vanilla-flavored cheesecake mixture ensure happy faces for cake fans of all ages. For the dough:
1 egg (size M)
100 g soft butter or margarine

For the cream:
7 eggs (size M)
1.5 kg low-fat curd cheese or sour cream
250 g butter

For the baking tray:
some fat and wheat flour

preparation

Put the baking mix, egg and soft butter or margarine in a mixing bowl and use the electric hand mixer (dough hook) to make coarse crumbs. Put the dough on a greased and floured baking tray (30 x 40 cm) and press it onto the tray with your hands. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a saucepan and allow to cool. Put the cream powder, quark, eggs and melted butter in a mixing bowl and mix with the electric hand mixer (whisk) for about 1 minute until it forms a creamy mass. Divide the quark cream into 3 portions and color 2 of the 3 portions with one of the color mixes each. The third portion is not colored. Spread the cream in spots on the base and marble it lightly with a fork. The color of the cream only develops fully during baking. Bake the cake on the lower rack in the preheated oven. After baking, place the cake on a cake rack to cool.
