Prepare the dough:
Put the baking mix, soft margarine or butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with the electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Baking:
Grease and flour a loaf pan (25 cm), put the dough in it and smooth it out. Bake the cake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf. After about 15 minutes of baking, cut the cake lengthwise in the middle about 1 cm deep. Before removing it from the oven, check whether the cake is cooked with a wooden skewer. Cooling and glazing:
After baking, remove the cake from the tin and place it on a wire rack to cool. Place the icing bag in boiling hot water and leave to soak for 10 - 15 minutes. Cut open the aluminum bag and spread the liquid icing on the cake with a knife.
