For 4 servings in the popular semolina variety.
And this is how easy it is:
75 g cream pudding powder semolina for 500 ml / 16.9 fl.oz. Milk (for 4 servings) 1) Bring milk to a bubbling boil. 2) Remove pot from heat. Add powder while stirring with a whisk and continue stirring vigorously for 1 min. 3) Let cream pudding stand for 3 min., then stir vigorously again. Serve pudding warm or pour into glasses or bowl and let cool.
