Prepare the dough:
Put the baking mix, yeast and half of the sunflower seeds in a mixing bowl and mix. Add the lukewarm water. Using an electric hand mixer (dough hook), first briefly on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for 4 minutes until you have a smooth dough. The dough should come away from the edge of the bowl. Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place (e.g. in the oven with the light on) for about 30 minutes. Baking:
For one loaf:
Grease a loaf pan (26 cm) and sprinkle with some of the reserved sunflower seeds. Pour the dough into the pan, brush with water and sprinkle with the remaining sunflower seeds.
Tip: For an even better result, the dough can be shaped into a round shape beforehand (see QR code for an explanatory video). Cover the dough and leave to rise for another 30 minutes in a warm place. Then cut the dough with a knife and bake the bread at 200 °C for 40 minutes.
For 9 rolls:
Divide the dough into 9 pieces and shape into round shapes.
Tip: For an even better result, the dough pieces can be shaped into rounds (see QR code for an explanatory video). Brush the dough pieces with a little water and roll the bottom in sunflower seeds. Sprinkle the top with the remaining seeds. Place the dough pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover again and leave to rise in a warm place for around 30 minutes. Then bake the rolls at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
