For the dough: 150 ml lukewarm water, 3 tablespoons cooking oil
For the topping: 150 ml water, ingredients as desired, some wheat flour for the work surface
preparation
1. Prepare the dough
Put the base mixture, yeast, lukewarm water and cooking oil in a mixing bowl. Mix briefly on the lowest setting using an electric hand mixer (dough hook) and then knead on a medium setting for about 2 minutes. Form the dough into a ball on a work surface lightly dusted with flour and leave to rest in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
2. Prepare the dough
Line a baking tray (approx. 40 x 30 cm) with baking paper. Knead the dough again on a floured work surface. Roll out 2 round or one square surface as desired and place on the baking tray.
3. Top and bake the pizza
Mix the pizza sauce mixture with cold water and spread evenly over the dough. Top as desired and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven on the middle rack. The baking time can vary depending on the toppings!

Convection: approx. 180 °C
Baking time: approx. 30 minutes.
We recommend baking the pizza using top/bottom heat.

Mixture for pizza sauce (11.1 %): sugar, modified Wheat starch , tomato powder, table salt, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, coloring food beetroot powder, flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate, acidifier citric acid, herbs, spice extracts.
Dry baker’s yeast: yeast, emulsifier sorbitan monostearate.
