The package contains: 335 g baking mix 100 g chocolate flakes
You need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. B. Dr. Oetker a little fat. And you add: 1 gl. Sour cherries (drained weight 350g / 12 oz) 175g / 6 oz soft margarine or butter 3 eggs (size M) 1 Preparation Grease the springform pan. Preheat oven. Top / bottom heat: about 170C hot air: about 150C Let the sour cherries drain well on a sieve. Prepare the batter and place the baking mix in a mixing bowl. Add margarine or butter and eggs, work with a mixer (stirring sticks) on the highest setting for 3 minutes to a smooth dough. Then add the chocolate flakes and stir in briefly. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth it out, distribute the sour cherries on top, leaving about 1 cm free at the edge. Put the 3 baking tin on the wire rack in the oven.
