Preparation:
Here's how: 1) Prepare 1 kg of vegetables (e.g., 1 head of broccoli, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, and 100 g frozen peas). Cut them into bite-sized pieces. 2) Sauté the vegetables in a large pan with 1 tablespoon of hot oil for about 5 minutes. 3) Add 200 ml of cold water and 100 ml of coconut milk. Stir in the contents of the sachet. Bring the curry to a boil and simmer, covered, for 5-10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally. Serve with rice.
