Preparation:
Here's how: 1) Cut 400g of turkey or chicken breast into 3cm cubes. Cut 250g (1 large) bell pepper into strips. Dice 100g (1 large) onion. 2) Brown the meat in a pot with 1 tbsp of hot oil. Add the bell pepper and onion and sauté for a few minutes. 3) Pour in 500ml of water, stir in the seasoning mix, and bring to a boil. Add 150g of pasta and let the goulash simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Stir occasionally. Sprinkle with fresh, chopped herbs, if desired.
