Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Slice 500g of mushrooms thinly. Halve 250g of cherry tomatoes. 2) Sauté the mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of hot oil. Add the tomatoes and 300ml of cold water. Stir in the seasoning mix. Bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly. 3) Layer the sauce and 6 lasagna sheets in a casserole dish. Start and finish with a layer of sauce. Sprinkle 100g of coarsely grated or crumbled feta cheese (9% fat) over the top. Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 175°C (150°C fan-assisted) for about 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
