This magical children's Baking mix contains 440 grams of magical ingredients with which you can conjure up lots of colorful and delicious muffins. A magical baking experience
The RUF Mermaid Muffins are specially designed for children. The complete set contains everything that little bakers need to create magical muffins. Mia the little pearl diver shows with her friends Sally Star and Benno Blubber how easy baking can be. Thanks to the practical preparation videos and tips, baking is done in no time at all. For the dough:
2 eggs (size M)
150 ml cooking oil
90 ml water
For the glaze:
approx. 2 tablespoons (20 ml) lukewarm waterpreparation
1.PREPARING THE DOUGH
Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat or 180°C fan.
Put the baking mix and dough ingredients into a bowl.
Mix with a mixer for approx. 1 minute until creamy.2.COLORING & BAKING DOUGH
Divide the dough evenly:
Color bowl 1 with blue color mix.
Color bowl 2 with green color mix.
Bowl 3 remains uncolored.
Place the cups on a baking tray or muffin tray.
Put a teaspoon of each dough into each mold.
Bake muffins for about 18 minutes.
Use wooden skewers to check whether muffins are baked through.
Place muffins on wire racks to cool.3.DECORATE
Pour glaze mixture into bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water and stir until smooth.
Add water drop by drop until the glaze is easy to spread.
Spread icing on muffins.
Sprinkle decoration onto still wet glaze.
Decorate muffins with picks shortly before serving.Preparation temperature
