Vegan cake enjoyment! The Dr. Oetker Love it! Baking mix for plant-based hazelnut muffins combines enjoyment and sustainability. With this practical baking mix you can easily prepare plant-based muffins. All you have to do is add a little water and vegetable oil and after a short baking time you can enjoy juicy muffins that seduce with a full-bodied hazelnut note. Sweet chocolate flakes give the pastries a special touch.

This is what the package contains: 410 g baking mix for the dough 25 g chocolate flakes 12 paper baking cups Also required: Baking tray Just add: 50 g apple pulp 100 ml cooking oil, e.g. B. Rapeseed oil 150 ml water 1 Preparation Place 12 paper baking cups on a baking tray. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: around 180°C 2 Prepare the dough Place the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl. Add apple pulp, oil and water. Mix everything with a mixer (stirrers) on the highest setting for about 2 minutes or with a whisk to form a smooth dough. Stir in the chocolate flakes. Tip: Instead of apple puree, the dough can also be prepared with applesauce or 1 ripe banana. To do this, mash the peeled banana in a bowl with a fork. 3 Bake Immediately distribute the dough evenly into the molds using 2 tablespoons. Put the baking tray with the molds in the oven. Shelf: middle Baking time: about 25 minutes. Remove the muffins from the tray and let them cool in the tins on a cake rack.
