Preparation:
Preparation for: 250 g / 8.81 oz shredded meat (veal, pork or poultry), 250 g / 8.81 oz mushrooms, 200 ml / 6.76 fl.oz. Cooking cream or cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat) and 100 ml / 3.38 fl.oz. White wine 1) Sauté meat in a little hot oil over high heat, stirring occasionally.2) Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for another 2 minutes.3) Pour white wine (or 100 ml water) and boil down for 3 minutes. Add cooking cream and 100 ml cold water and stir in the bag contents. Bring to a boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute. We recommend serving with a rice-wild rice mixture or sweet potato rösti.
