For this you need:
300 g chicken breast fillet
- 180 g rice
- 1 onion
- 1 small can tomato paste (70 g)
- 50 g yogurt, natural (3.5 % fat)
- 1 tsp oil
- Easy and quick to prepare, for 3 servings
This is how easy it is:
Halve the peeled onion and cut into wedges. Cut chicken breast fillets into approx. 2 x 2cm pieces. Cook rice according to package directions (without salt). In a pan, fry chicken and onion in hot oil until golden brown. Add 300 ml water and stir in tomato paste well. Stir in bag contents and bring to a boil. Cover and cook everything for approx. 8 min. on medium heat. Stir occasionally, stir in yogurt and serve with the rice.
