For a limited time only: Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner in the fall and for Halloween! Simply dice 400g of Hokkaido pumpkin, fry 250g of mixed minced meat in a pan with hot oil for 4 minutes until crumbly, add the pumpkin and fry for about 4 minutes, add 250ml of water, stir in the contents of the sachet, and bring to a boil.
Halve 400g cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. Cover and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice; makes 3 servings.
