The cream is ready in just 5 minutes: Simply mix milk and cream powder into a Mix the pudding cream, add soft butter, stir again and voilà – the delicious buttercream is ready. 350 ml milk (1.5% fat)
250 g soft butter

1. Pour the milk into a tall mixing bowl and add the cream powder. Mix with an electric hand mixer (whisk) first on a low setting, then for 1 minute on the highest setting to form a pudding cream. 2. Add the soft butter to the pudding cream and mix with the electric hand mixer. Mix with a hand mixer (whisk) for 3 minutes on the highest setting.
If the buttercream has not yet reached the desired consistency, beat it for another minute. 3. Continue working with the buttercream immediately.

1 bag is sufficient for a cake with a diameter of 26 cm and 3 layers.
Note: For successful preparation, milk and butter must be at the same temperature (room temperature).
