Gluten-free chocolate flake cake - winter is welcome When it's stormy and snowing outside, it's just the right time to surprise guests with the RUF Gluten-free chocolate flake cake. The gluten-free baking mix is a great alternative for anyone who can't tolerate gluten but doesn't want to miss out on delicious cake. Simply prepare the batter with margarine or butter, eggs and water, pour it into a loaf pan and bake for around 60 minutes. Then decorate the cooled chocolate flake cake with the chocolate glaze and serve!

Put the baking mix, soft margarine or butter and eggs in a mixing bowl and mix with the electric hand mixer (whisk) first briefly on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Add the chocolate flakes and stir in. Bake
Grease a loaf pan (25 cm) and dust with starch, put the dough in and smooth it out. Bake the cake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf. After about 15 minutes of baking, cut the cake lengthwise in the middle about 1 cm deep. Before removing it from the oven, check whether the cake is cooked with a wooden skewer. Allow to cool and glaze
After baking, remove the cake from the tin and place it on a wire rack to cool. Place the icing bag in boiling hot water and leave to soak for 10 - 15 minutes. Cut open the icing bag and spread the liquid icing onto the cooled cake with a knife.
