The combination of perfect consistency, quick preparation and typical butter taste will make the hearts of streusel lovers beat faster. The dough alone is tempting to snack on. So make sure that there are still a few streusel left over for the cake at the end!

Top and bottom heat: approx. 180°C
Convection: approx. 160°C
Baking time: approx. 30-40 minutes

150 g soft butter, 1 egg (size M)

Put the base mixture, soft butter and the egg into a mixing bowl and use the electric hand mixer (dough hook) to process into coarse crumbs.
Continue processing and baking as desired.
