Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: around 200°C Hot air: around 180°C Put the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl, add soft butter and eggs. Process everything with a mixer (stirring rods) briefly on the lowest level, then on the highest level in 2 minutes to form a smooth dough. Pour the batter into the springform pan and smooth it out. 2 Bake Put the dish on the rack in the oven. Shelf: below Baking time: approx. 23-28 mins. Do a cooking test towards the end of the baking time. Pierce the center of the cake with a sharp knife. The cake is done when no dough sticks to the knife. Note: A longer baking time of just 1 minute affects the moistness of the cake. For more moisture, remove the cake from the oven after the first successful cooking test. Immediately after baking, loosen the edge of the cake using a table knife. Leave the cake to cool in the tin on a wire rack. The cake will set as it cools. 3 Turn out and decorate Turn the cake out onto a kitchen board or flat plate lined with baking paper and peel off the baking paper that was baked with it. Place cake plate on top of cake and flip back. Different motifs made of paper before serving, e.g. B. Stars, cut out and place on the tart. Then use a sieve to sprinkle the tart with decorative sugar and remove the stars with the table knife. Or sprinkle the entire surface of the tart with decorative sugar.
