Mini American biscuits - popular finger food for events of all kinds. Quickly conjured up small pastries: RUF Mini American biscuits are the perfect finger food and sweet snacks. With the typical lemon and chocolate glaze, the little American biscuits can be individually decorated with sprinkles. A juicy baked treat and perfect for parties, champagne receptions or children's birthdays. Simply add an egg, cooking oil and water to the baking mix - done!

Preparation temperature
Convection: 180 °C
Baking time: 10 minutes

75 g soft margarine or butter
1 egg (size M)
For the glaze:
20 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons) lukewarm water
preparation
Put the baking mix, soft margarine or butter and the egg into a mixing bowl and mix briefly with the electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy.
Bake:
Using 2 tablespoons, place 14 circular heaps of dough (4-5 cm in diameter) on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the mini American cookies on the middle rack in the preheated oven.
Cooling and decorating:
After baking, let the mini American cookies cool for about 10 minutes and then remove them from the baking paper.
Stir the glaze mixture with lukewarm water until smooth. Spread the mixture onto the flat side of the still warm mini American cookies, either completely or halfway, as desired, and leave to dry. Place the glaze bag in boiling hot water and leave to soak for 10-15 minutes. Cut open the glaze bag and garnish the mini American cookies with the liquid glaze.
