Prepare the dough:
Fold the baking pan as described in the instructions and place it on a baking tray. Put the baking mix, eggs and soft butter in a mixing bowl and mix with the electric hand mixer (whisk) first briefly on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for 3 minutes until creamy. Stir in the colorful confetti decoration. Baking:
Put the dough into the baking pan, smooth it out and bake in the lower third of the preheated oven. After baking, let the base cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then carefully remove the paper ring. Let the base cool completely before removing the bottom plate from the pan. Then cut the base in half twice to create three equally thick layers. Tip! The base can also be prepared a day in advance. In this case, it should only be taken out of the pan shortly before use. Decorate:
Pour the cold milk and cream into a high mixing bowl. Add the cream powder and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then beat on the highest setting for about 2 minutes.
Put about 120 g of the cream on the bottom layer and spread it out, place the second layer on top of the cream layer and repeat the process. Finish with the third layer and spread the remaining cream on the cake. Finally, decorate with the birthday cake decoration.
