This gelling sugar's blend of sugar, pectins and citric acid is specially formulated for raspberries, bomberries and currants - for the optimum sweetness, fruitiness and consistency of your homemade berry jams and jellies.Without flavors. Without colorants.With one pack you can easily and safely make your own jams and jellies from 1000g of fresh or even frozen berries (single variety or mixed) or from 750ml of juice.As delicious as never before.Only 3 minutes cooking.
Preparation:
1. 1000 g berries (single variety or mixed) sorted or washed, drain and musig chop or 750 ml juice measure. Mix berries/juice with preserving sugar in a large saucepan. Bring everything to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly, and cook for at least 3 minutes until bubbling. 3. skim the boiling liquid if necessary, immediately fill to the brim in prepared glasses. Close with screw caps (Twist-off®), invert and leave on lids for about 5 min.
