Polak Mändelchen-Pudding – a timeless semolina pudding classic from Weener in East Frisia. This brings back the most beautiful childhood memories: many people associate Polak Mändelchen-Pudding with the carefree times of life. This is why the creamy semolina pudding with fine almond pieces should not be missing from any dessert buffet. To do this, simply stir the pudding powder into 500 ml of boiling milk and bring to the boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. The original recipe of the famous classic has not been changed to this day. So close your eyes and enjoy the unique almond taste, spoonful by spoonful!

You add: 500 ml (1/2 l) milk (1.5 % fat), 40 g (2 tbsp) sugar
preparation
Take 6 tablespoons of the milk and mix it well with the pudding powder. Bring the remaining milk to the boil with the sugar. Take the milk off the heat, add the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the finished pudding into a mold rinsed with cold water and refrigerate. Turn out once it has cooled completely.
